Ad Banner Sizes and Production BANNER PRODUCTION POLICY: We can create an ad banner for you in these sizes at an additional cost of $80.00 for Static Banners and $140 for Flash or Animation Banners. Our policy is to produce one banner after initial consultation with you. We will then allow one and only one chance for revision. Any additional work after this point will be at a rate of $80.00 an hour. Initial consultation must include IN WRITING all text that you want in the banner, all color suggestions, click through link and any photos or images that you want in the ad. HometownAnnapolis provides banner production as a service and we do not assume any responsibility for the performance of the ad. Allow 5 days for production time. All ad banners with white or light shade backgrounds must have a 3 pixel stroke (border) around the entire ad banner.
